10 Minute Solution Dance Off Belly Fat is a series of five 10 minute dance workouts designed to work fat off your midsection.

Who It's For

The instructor Petra Kolber moves at a fast pace through these workouts, so it's best if you're at an intermediate level of fitness or higher. It also helps if you like to dance.

What To Expect

This is a really fun workout if you can keep up. All the segments focus on strengthening your core while you dance away the calories. This cardio DVD starts out with "Belly Blaster" where you move your hips and warm up your body. Move on to "Latin Flavor Waist Sizzler" where you mambo, cha-cha, and tango till you sweat. In "Attitude and Energy" you jazz up your dance moves, continuing to burn those calories. "Fat Burning Beat" keeps the energy high while you dance the fat away. "Dancer's Silhouette" is great for working your core and improving your posture, while burning calories that improve your silhouette.

I've worked out to this cardio DVD a few times and plan on keeping it in rotation. The more you do it, the easier the dance moves become, and the more fun you have. Each time, I've done all 5 workouts at once and I feel like I get a great cardio workout. If you can only do one at a time or a few segments at a time, they're all high energy enough to burn calories and make a difference in your waist line.
