How It Works

In 10 Minute Solution Rapid Results Pilates, instructor Lara Hudson leads you though five 10-minute Pilates workouts, each focusing on a different part of the body.

Who It's For

Intermediate exercisers and advanced beginners. It's faster paced than most Pilates workouts, so you should definitely be familiar with Pilates. You will need a mat and a pair of 1-3 pound weights.

What To Expect

What's really great about this Pilates routine is that each 10-minute segment focuses on working different problem areas. So if you have an area you're more concerned with than others, you can target that area by doing the segment over again.

The titles explain what part of the body you'll work on. 3 of the segments, "Super Toned Buns & Thighs", "Arm & Shoulder Shaper", and "Waist Slimmer," are targeted, but "Total Body Blast" is more a flowing routine that works the entire body. "Slim and Sleek Stretch" increases your flexibility and lengthens your body.

Lara Hudon is calm, cool and not spazzy like some instructors can be. Her cues are well-paced and her workout is challenging. I've done this a few times and I will definitely keep in rotation. It's great for increased energy, visible results, and feeling good about yourself. And if you're short on time, it's nice to select one or just a few workouts at a time.
