How It Works

Crunch Total Resculpt is about 45 minutes that focuses on sculpting your entire body. It’s split into two segments: upper body and lower body.

Who It’s For

Advanced beginner to intermediate. It’s paced for maximum reps in the short time frame, so it helps to be familiar with proper form. You will need a pair of 3-8 pound hand weights.

What To Expect

Instructor Kendell Hogan leads you through two highly effective and short routines. You start out with a short warm-up then get into the lower body segment. In this routine you target your thighs, buns, and lower back with a series of squats, lunges, and leg lifts.

Next, you move onto to another quick warm-up then into the upper body segment that targets your arms, back shoulders and chest.

Kendall is such a great instructor. Just when you feel like you can’t go on, he encourages you with so much enthusiasm that it helps you finish out the reps. There were a few times I just wanted to put the hand weights down and pick up a ham sandwich. Kendall helped me focus and get through those tough moments.

With this video you have the option of doing it all at once, or just doing the upper or lower body segment. I did both of them at once and felt great afterward. I just finished and I’m still feeling the burn.

After doing a targeted weight routine, it’s always a good idea to get in a good stretch afterward even if it’s not featured on the video. You’ll greatly reduce post-exercise muscle soreness. And after doing this video, you will definitely be sore.
