A very common excuse for not exercising is “I don’t have time to go to the gym”. Another popular excuse is “I don’t like to go to the gym by myself. If only I had a workout partner.” If this sounds like you, and you are either unmotivated to get to the gym or you simply don’t have time, you would benefit to workout from the comfort and convenience of your own home.
