How It Works

Liz Gilles Core Fitness Progressive Pilates is four quick, 10 minute Pilates routines focusing on various parts of the body. It includes an additional 10-minute "Total Body Weight Loss Challenge".

Who It's For

It helps to be familiar with Pilates, but this Pilates workout is suitable for beginners. You will need a mat and a pair of 2 to 5 pound weights.

What To Expect

Liz Gilles has modified traditional core-focused Pilates into a routine that works your arms, thighs, buttocks in addition to abs. She's spiced it up with a little dance and total body strength training.

Expect a moderately easy workout if you are an experienced Pilates practitioner. Beginners will benefit in practicing correct form and experiencing gentle toning segments.

At the end of the 4 routines, there is an additional 10-minute session that works the entire body. You can mix and match these routines, do one at a time, or do them all in a row, depending on your schedule and needs. I recommend this video for getting in shape effectively and quickly while enjoying yourself.
