The healthiest shake I’ve found is one that I have fallen in love with. In regards to buying shakes or powders other than my favorite one:

Shakes should offer a balance of all essential vitamins, minerals, dietary fiber, carbs, and protein. They should be low in saturated fat, have no trans-fat, and be low in sugar and sodium. They should provide anywhere from 200-400 calories.

I’m always a little hesitant to drink a pre-made shake out of a can because of all the artificial ingredients and processing, but if you don’t have time to blend a shake, here are a few that will do. I don’t recommend anything with Aspartame in it, and all of the following are Aspartame free.
