Discovering What They Hype Is All About

I've read so many Slim in 6 reviews from people that say the product is great and that they've achieved excellent results. I've been hearing all these great things about it, so I decided to do the research and find out exactly what it is.

Slim in 6 is a 6 week fitness training program that reshapes your body with aerobic exercise and strength training. It's a total of 3 DVDs (plus 2 additional bonus workout routines), a nutrition guide, a printed journal, and a 6-day diet plan.

Debbie Sieber in association with Beach Body, developed the exercises (Slim Training technique) to combine fat-burning cardio with light resistance moves to help you slim and sculpt your body without bulking up. Perfect for the ladies who want to maintain a feminine body with great muscle tone.

How To Use It

You follow the Slim Training routine 6 days a week for 6 weeks. It comes with a 6 day nutrition guide on how to change your diet for maximum results. You follow both parts of the plan 6 days a week, with one day off. Don't use that day off to gorge on fast food. Wink, wink.

My Review

I haven't personally used this product yet. Eventually I will try it out and post my review under the Exercise DVDs section of this site. If I don't like it, there's a 6 week money back guarantee. But, I have no doubts that it works if you "work it". Making the commitment to stick to the goal will yield results in anyone. It all makes sense. You workout 1 hour a day for 6 days a week for 6 weeks. That's 36 days of fat burning cardio and strength training. Combined with the proper diet and discipline to finish the program, I don't doubt the results people see. A sexy body is logical, there's no mystery.
