My Review

I haven’t personally used this product yet. Eventually I will try it out and post my review under the Exercise DVDs section of this site. If I don’t like it, there’s a 6 week money back guarantee. But, I have no doubts that it works if you “work it”. Making the commitment to stick to the goal will yield results in anyone. It all makes sense. You workout 1 hour a day for 6 days a week for 6 weeks. That’s 36 days of fat burning cardio and strength training. Combined with the proper diet and discipline to finish the program, I don’t doubt the results people see. A sexy body is logical, there’s no mystery.
